Terms of Sale – Faderhand

Effective from 16 September 2026.

1. Who we are

BcA. Tomáš Jochmann, DiS., a sole trader trading as Baracca Records, company ID (IČO) 88364101, Dvorecké náměstí 403/4, 147 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Trade Register (“we”). Contact: info@baraccarecords.com, https://www.faderhand.com.

These terms cover buying a licence for the Faderhand software and our support. Use of the Software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

2. How buying works

2.1 Payment is processed for us by Stripe through Link. At checkout you will see “Sold through Link”. Link handles the payment, your receipt and invoice, calculating and remitting tax, and support for the payment itself. When you pay you also accept Link’s terms.

2.2 We are responsible for the software, delivering your licence, its quality, refunds and product support.

2.3 The price is shown at checkout including any tax that applies in your country. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.

2.4 The contract is concluded when payment completes. Straight afterwards we send a licence key and a download link to the e-mail address you gave at checkout.

3. Delivery

3.1 The Software is digital content delivered by download, without a physical medium.

3.2 If the licence e-mail has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and write to us. We can resend your licence key at any time.

3.3 There is no trial version. Please check the system requirements and the manual at https://www.faderhand.com before buying.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, even after you have received and activated the licence. We do not ask you to waive this right.

4.2 To withdraw, send us a clear statement at info@baraccarecords.com, for example using the model form in the annex. Sending it on the last day of the period is enough.

4.3 We refund the full price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the original payment method, through Stripe and Link. The licence key is then blocked, and you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

4.4 After the 14 days the price is not refunded. This does not affect your rights for defects under section 5, or refund decisions Link makes under its own terms.

5. Defects and complaints

5.1 If the Software does not work as it should, write to info@baraccarecords.com with a description of the problem, the Software version, your operating system and your DAW.

5.2 Consumers can claim a defect that existed when the Software was supplied within two years. We will first try to fix it with an update. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a reasonable price reduction or to withdraw from the contract and get the price back.

5.3 We handle complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree on a longer period. We will tell you the outcome by e-mail.

6. Support and updates

6.1 We provide support by e-mail in English and Czech. We usually reply within 3 working days.

6.2 Updates and the terms on which they are provided are set out in section 5 of the EULA.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in the Czech Republic, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2 (coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. A consumer living in another country keeps the protection given by the mandatory law of that country.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Purchases already made remain under the version in force when they were made. The current version is always at https://www.faderhand.com.

These terms exist in Czech, English and Spanish. If they conflict, the Czech version prevails, without affecting consumers’ rights.
